Our electrical house inspections are available as visual inspections which include:
- Visual check of electrical wiring and outlets for obvious defects
- Testing of each circuit to check the safety of wiring
- Check that correct sized cables are used on each circuit
Or our in-depth inspection which includes the above with the addition of:
- Testing the main earthing conductor
- Check the size of the fuse/mcb’s
- Test RCD’s are working correctly if fitted
- Live testing of each circuit in the distribution board
